I specifically ordered this memory card for my Blackberry Curve 8330 with two goals in mind.
1: Store videos and music on my phone
2: Expanded memory for applications and documents
On both counts I have not been let down! This card is wicked fast when it comes to file transfers via the Blackberry software. I had expected, indeed planned, for a bit of a “hit” when using the RIM software to expedite file transfers (play lists, music, and videos) but if there is one I am not seeing it.
The included adapter is a handy add on bonus as I do have quite a few microSD cards lying around and can now use those for other devices that accept SD cards.
Oh, and it IS a Class 6 card.

The law in California is about to change. Begining next month its going to be illegal to use a cell phone in the car, unless its hands free. Otherwise I’d never have bought this, or any other headset. In principle I don’t like the idea of using a phone when driving - its just too distracting. So, I generally only use the phone to say ‘I’m stuck in traffic, gonna be late…bye’. So, I’d hate to use my phone without a headset and end up getting a ticket for that!
Needless to day, I therefore don’t have experience of any more that a couple of other headsets.

BLACKBERRY

I purchased this phone in August right after the Sunset version of the Blackberry Curve was released. It’s my first Blackberry and my first smart phone (I upgraded from a Motorola Razr). I really wanted to love this phone, but I don’t. Despite its sleek appearance and numerous cool features, this Crackberry is not at all what it’s cracked up to be (pun intended).

BLACKBERRY
Overview
I bought this phone a month ago.
A selling point was free Wifi, among other features.
Wifi is free but “data” is not, that is unless one turns off manually the AT&T network before connecting to the internet, as the phone will still transmit data , (thus you will be charged).
While the network is off you will not be able to receive phone call, so remember to manually turn the AT&T Network on again when done with the “Free WiFi”

They don’t call it a “CrackBerry” for nothing. I send and receive e-mails from both my personal and professional accounts, monitor bank account activity, check the weather, read the newspaper, organize my time with the calendar, wake up in the morning with the alarm clock, and listen to music (currently 3.6 gigabytes worth = 900 songs) without worry of missing a call, calendar event or e-mail. If you’re listening to music on the earbuds when a call comes in, the music pauses while the phone rings. Press the button on cord and you answer the phone using the same earbuds; no need to remove the phone from the holster. When the call is done press the button again and the music resumes.

I have used a blackberry for over 10 years now…give or take. I have always been impressed by the devices they have created in the past and the current line of devices. Since I like to be on the bleeding edge of tech, I just had to get a 8900.

NOKIA

first a comparison to the e61i: i had both the e61 and e61i and this is a major improvement over both. the form factor is incredible as it is only 10mm thin, much narrower than its predecessors, and feels very solid and sleek with its all metal body. the phone is just beautiful to look at. nokia has improved its processor greatly and the phone has almost no wait time with all its functions now. when i went back to use the e61i, it was unbearably slow compared to the e71. the keypad on the e71, although a little cramped, feels good on the fingers. one of my biggest complaints about the e61i was that earphone speaker was hard to hear out of, but the e71’s narrower body and seemingly louder speaker solves the problem. the e71 has also added a microUSB port, and 2.5mm earphone jack. in terms of software, the e71 has an updated symbian os that includes some additional features and programs that were pleasant to see. the biggest program improvements for me was the updated organizer and the shortcut key options. for all e61 and e61i users out there, the e71 is a must update to nokia’s wonderful line of phones.
