My teenage son found this phone and had to have it. He read about it online and liked the reviews, especially about the 3.2 MP camera. The first model one he wanted was not the C510a but a different letter model of the same phone. I called AT&T and they said to look for one with all four of the bandwidths that this model has, so we found this one on Amazon, checked for the bandwidths and bought it. It took more than a week to arrive but it was a good purchase because my son enjoys it. No one else has this phone in his group of friends and it was easy to just swap sim cards from his Krazr and call AT&T to register it. Of course now he’s on facebook with his phone and we had to add internet to our bill but he paid for the phone himself and he’s happy with it and it’s only an additional $10 a month for unlimited internet.

This is a great low-cost Sony Ericsson phone. I’ve owned a lot of different phones in the past from the Samsung SGH-D900 (Black Carbon), Sony Ericsson W800i, Apple iPhone 2G, and Apple iPhone 3G. Compared to those phones, I would have to rate this phone just as good as those.

Physically the phone is built quite well. There is a slider which protects the camera lens and allows you to take photos when open. The phone has good reception (especially compared to my Samsung SGH-D900), the voices come through clear during phone calls, and the built in speaker has great sound (especially with MP3’s and other music.

Product Description
The Samsung D880 Duos Triband has two SIM card slots and can allow users to toggle between two service connections without switching off the phone. When a call comes in, it will display all the incoming details as well as which SIM card it comes from. This 2.5G slider also comes in with a 3 mega pixel auto-focus camera. If you travel between borders, this is a absolutely useful phone for you.

PALM TREO
I’ve been using my Palm Pre since the day it went on sale back on June 6, 2009, and for the most part I’ve been very impressed and happy with the phone. There are a few things that keep me from giving it a full five stars and I’ll cover those below.
The first thing I noticed when I finally got the Pre in my hands was just how “natural” it felt. I hate to sound corny in a review but it really has an almost organic/nature feel to it. When the screen is off the face of the device has a solid black, glossy look that draws the eyes to it. I’ve had several friends and co-workers comment on just how much they like the look of the phone.

First and foremost, Nokia phones have the BEST reception of all phones on the market. In addition, the call quality is exceptional. This is one key reason I bought this phone. Tried the iPhone….amazing gadget but mediocre reception (do a google search on the topic) and lousy camera. Tried the Samsung Eternity…also a really nice gadget but so-so reception and call quality.
I have a house in Boston and Vermont. The house in VT is in the mountains and the n85 is the first cell phone that my wife and I have ever used that worked at the house….3 bars. Moto razor, 2 Blackberrys, Sony Ericcson 580i, the iPhone and Samsung Eternity…none had reception…the n85 is a standout in that department. Also love that the n85 is a slider and a fantastic 5MP camera w/flash. The browser is pretty quick, screen flips from vertical to horizontal smoothly and there is a 3.5mm jack for std headphones. Previously had tried the Nokia n78….loved the phone but found it a tad long (like the form factor on the n85 better) and really did not like the n78 keyboard (needed to type using my nails). I like the form of the n85 much more than the n78/n82n95/n96. Do feel that if you do alot of texting, the n85 might not be for you, you may be happier with a full keyboard. One problem I have is that the phone is so striking looking that when I use it (especially as a camera) people want to check it out…..a striking nice piece of equipment.
