Nokia 5610 XpressMusic Phone, Red (T-Mobile) Review

I bought Nokia 5610 about 5 months ago after I got tired of Samsung T429. I was looking for a new cell phone which had to have two best qualifications: great camera phone and great graphics. It was esential for me to be able to send high quality pictures. Also, I can’t live without playing chess and chess program I had in my old Samsung T-429 had poor graphics and used to freeze up very often while playing.

PICTURE QUALITY with this Nokia is exceptional- I took with it a picture of a local park and you couldn’t tell while viewing with Windows gallery on my pc- that the picture was taken with cell phone, not with high quality point-n-shoot camera. I like this feature also: when sending picture, if it takes too many KB’s, it allows you automatically to make it smaller. Very minor thing is- it would have been nice for Nokia to put small mirror so one could see himself/herself while taking picture.

BlueAnt Z9i Bluetooth Headset Review

The law in California is about to change. Begining next month its going to be illegal to use a cell phone in the car, unless its hands free. Otherwise I’d never have bought this, or any other headset. In principle I don’t like the idea of using a phone when driving - its just too distracting. So, I generally only use the phone to say ‘I’m stuck in traffic, gonna be late…bye’. So, I’d hate to use my phone without a headset and end up getting a ticket for that!

Needless to day, I therefore don’t have experience of any more that a couple of other headsets.

Nokia 2630 Unlocked Cell Phone Review

I bought this phone as a replacement for my Nokia E51 business smartphone. I know this choice sounds odd. I just accidentally dropped my E51 in water and needed an inexpensive phone I can use before I can get a free upgrade from AT&T.

This phone is slim and build quality is good for the price. As for the low call/speakerphone volume, you can actually increase it (and it gets really loud). I assigned the “volume” function to one of the keys (Settings > My Shortcuts) and now can adjust the volume (even while you talk). Reception is above average.

Bluetooth Wireless Headset Samsung WEP200 Review

I have tried many bluetooth headsets - some as high as $ 100. - and this by FAR is a superior product. First of all - I have small ears and have found any of the others that go in the ear to be far too uncomfortable. The ones that hook over the ear are far too unstable. This one is soooo comfortable that I forget I have it on. I am in and out of the car A LOT and it never falls out. It charges quickly and has a very good standby time. One drawback - if you talk a lot it does not hold out for more than four hours. Also- there is a charger for the car and you WILL want it so buy it at the same time because it is impossible to find anywhere else. IMO - the short talk time is just a minor hassle when armed with the charger. I ran mine through the washer by accident and just bought a second one. It works so much better then anything priced higher. Sound quality is excellent and I have never had a complaint that the person I am talking to can’t hear me clearly.

Jawbone jabra EarGels - Clear Review

These EarGels are the best solution bar-none to fix the comfort issue with the Aliph Jawbone 2. They make it possible to leave the jawbone in place for extreme durations. My only concern now is that my jawbone is so comfy and fixed it so well with no weight that I might fall asleep on it or take a sower with it on! To mod this onto the jawbone I simply removed the earbud O-ring and found the right size eargel for my ear. (Large in this case) then got some super glue to paint around where the O-ring attached on the jawbone, then simply placed the jawbone inside the eargel that I fitted on my ear. Left it in my ear for a few hours to dry and done. (Course I kept wearing it even after those hours were up) :)
